Annual Report
ITALGOLD S.r.l. has duly verified that all precious materials used in its production cycle originate from companies certified under RJC COP 2024 or verified through audits.
This verification was carried out by directly checking on the RJC websites the validity of the certificates of the refining companies and of the silver and gold suppliers from which the company sources its materials.
The management system of ITALGOLD S.r.l. includes policies and procedures with clearly defined responsibilities and adequate training for the personnel involved, in order to ensure the proper implementation of due diligence for responsible sourcing from conflict-affected and high-risk areas, in compliance with the requirements of RJC COP 2024 and the OECD Guidance, Annex II.
The system provides that every year, during the Management Review, a risk assessment is conducted by checking the validity of the required certifications as described above.
ITALGOLD S.r.l. has carried out due diligence towards its business partners in order to verify any deviation from the OECD guidelines; furthermore, no human rights risks have been identified. The transactions considered are low risk and the checks performed comply with RJC principles.
